About Our Company
Com Partners has been providing back to basics IT services since 2002.
Com Partners is a Newcastle based company supporting local Newcastle businesses. Businesses supported by Com Partners enjoy a true business relationship, where needs are understood and provided within budgetary constraints.
Com Partners provide professional IT support to businesses where the cost of an internal IT department would be prohibitive.
Com Partners has transformed into a managed service provider (MSP).
The definition of a managed service as defined by the MSP Alliance is: "Manged Services is the proactive management of an IT (Information Technology) asset or object, by a third party typically known as a MSP, on behalf of the customer. The operative distinction that sets apart a MSP is the proactive delivery of their service, as compared to reactive IT services, which had been around for decades."
